Work Days

There will be a lot to do to get the campgrounds and trails ready for the July 4^th club campout. Items to bring are chain saws, tree trimmers, wheel barrels, lawn tools, weed eaters, rakes,push mowers. Work gloves, so mark your calendars and come on down and help get place in order for the riding season.

Be at shelter by 9:00 am Fill out the signup sheet completely no blank spaces will be allowed ( for the grant record keeping is essential) • Then report to a Board Member to see what you will be working on for the day • The Signup sheet will be put away at 9:30 and only the people that are on the signup sheet will receive the combination at the close of that scheduled work day ( this will be enforced and no exceptions will be made) • Trails will be closed for riding until work day is done at 12:00 pm( except for those doing trail maintenance) • The KATVA needs all its members to participate in the workdays.• Remember to bring your machines for an afternoon ride!!!!! Membership applications will be processed and membership cards with combination will be given after the work day• Work days are the perfect way to meet other club members, it’s also a great day to bring a friend to join the KATVA.
